Upon checkout, please enter your gift card number as you would if you were using a credit card. Your order should process immediately. We want you to be happy. If our merchandise is defective in any way, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise in its original condition to Xaviergifts.com. Please be assured that we will assist you in any way possible to resolve any issues you have with our merchandise.
Our Return Policy and Procedure
Please read the following information carefully to determine how to return merchandise to our store.
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every product we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our web site. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund. When a full refund is warranted, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned. We will issue a full refund, credit or exchange including shipping charges if the return is due to our error. Customers will incur shipping charges for items that are returned for a full refund when the item was shipped to the customer for free. Please return defective merchandise by way of UPS or Parcel Post. **Please note: Many of our products ship for free. Customers will incur a shipping charge when a full refund is issued for items returned due to customer request. When an exchange is issued for an item that has shipped for free, customer must pay the shipping charges for the exchanged item.
Returning Irish Gifts & Imports To return any of our Irish Gifts and Imports or request an exchange, please call 1-800-786-1070 for a shipping address. We have several supplier locations and want to assure your return is recorded properly. We can not accept returns after 30 days of purchase but we will issue a store credit under special circumstances.
Returning Perishable Items: If our Gift Baskets are defective in any way, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. Because of the perishable nature of these items we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery.
Returning Personalized Gifts: When ordering Personalized and Engraved items, we ask that you place your order 3 weeks prior to your Event or Wedding Date. This will elevate any Rush Shipping charges and insure a timely delivery in the rare case your items need replacement. Once an item has been personalized it can not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please inspect your merchandise IMMEDIATELY and report any defects or damages within 7 business days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items and WEDDING CENTER items that are meant to be worn or used only once, cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please contact us so that we can replace any defective merchandise in time for your Event. We will ask that you replace defective or damaged merchandise to it's original packing and return to Xavier Gifts using the return address on the outside of the package. We will reimburse any shipping charges if the return is due to our error. Please call us or contact Customer Service with any concerns you may have. We're here to help make your Special Event a pleasant memory. Please call or contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Shipping charges incurred by customers for returns that are defective are credited upon inspection and approval of the return by XavierGifts.com. We will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground service or by way of the US Postal Service.
To return or exchange merchandise, please contact customer service by e-mail returns@xaviergifts.com or call 1-800-786-1070 to insure your merchandise is returned properly. Returned merchandise received with any alterations can not be replaced or exchanged. If the return is due to our error or if our merchandise is damaged during shipping we will reimburse shipping charges for returns sent by UPS or Parcel Post.
All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.
You can expect your refund or exchange within 14 days. A refund to your credit card may take up to 2 billing statements before your refund posts.
Out of Stock Items
Although we try to remove out of stock items immediately, sometimes it is not possible. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately for instructions on how to proceed with your order.

Unless otherwise stated, orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday.
We ship Irish Imports and Engraved Gifts to the United States and its territories as well as Canada. We can not ship Gift baskets to Hawaii or Alaska at his time. We do not ship internationally.
Xaviergifts.com, in conjunction with our carriers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day. Our carriers are not obligated to telephone recipients prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. We are not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Nor will we be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender, decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, a re-route requested by the sender, or product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day.
Late-Delivery:
A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:
- Acts of God (includes weather),
- An act of war
- Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
- High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Claims for credit due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.
A complete shipping address includes:
- Recipient’s first and last name
- Company address (if applicable)
- Street name and number
- Floor- Suite – or Apartment number
- Accurate zip code
- Recipient’s telephone number
Gift Basket Substitutions
We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.
